Service Concept: Customer Service

In order to serve our customers better, and make sure that "customer first", we have set up the after-sale service department under the sales department, which is specialized in offering service for our customers both pre-sale and after-sale. We always promise to two-year warranty and bear the cost of labor, material and traval. Nowadays, we have 32 after-sale engineers, amony them are mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and production engineers. They can offer services of different aspects. Our after-sale engineers are usually resident in the headquarter(Pearl River Delta) and also in Beijing and Chongqinag to make sure timely service for our customers. What's more, to ensure the offering of machinery accessories, we have set up warehouse for accessory. Sales force is the basic element to ensure normal and successful sales, thus the ability and quality of sales people are very important. To make sure more professional service, our company has managed different training classes for the sales staff regularly.

To enable the customer's technical engineers and equipment operators familiar with our machines as soon as possible, we set up the training center in our headquarter to offer training of technoloy and operation. Our one week training class contents are as following:

7. The process of installation and debugging

The training classes are given by our professional engineers who have both the production experience and training experience, so we can make sure the trainee to gain the practical knowledge about the machines.
